Emma is a lifelong resident of the Wyoming Valley.
She obtained her Real Estate Sales License in Pennsylvania in 1990 and started selling and leasing real estate in center city Philadelphia before moving back to the area and joining Lewith & Freeman. She Became an Associate Broker in 1995 and a Broker Appraiser in 1996. Emma holds the ABR and CRS designations and is a member of PAR and NAR. Emma is a graduate of Wyoming Seminary and The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
As Vice-President of Lewith & Freeman, Emma is involved in the day to day sales and marketing aspect of the company and oversees the technological enhancement best suited to impact the growth of real estate sales for her colleagues. “I enjoy interacting with my fellow Realtors, training new agents and introducing new real estate industry programs, gadgets, and techniques coming out nationwide to keep us at the top of our game and leaders in the industry”.

It is satisfying to take their needs and wants and then narrow all the homes for sale to their 1 perfect home.” Emma is recognized as a leader for her sales and marketing performance. While Emma is involved in real estate sales throughout Luzerne and Lackawanna counties, her focus is home buying and home selling in Kingston, Shavertown, Dallas, Forty-fort and the surrounding area.
In her free time Emma volunteers at various animal shelters. She resides in Shavertown with her husband David.
