In a few words, Jennifer McGinley can be summed up as a people person.
Jennifer’s favorite aspect of the job has always been first and foremost, addressing the clients’ needs – but a fortunate byproduct of this experience has always been the establishment of lasting friendships. This, she believes, is a testament not only to her work ethic but also her ability to patiently work with clients to address their concerns: “I believe listening to people is my strongest skill. Making the client feel like their concerns are of the highest importance to me as their Realtor – ensuring them that their worries can be addressed is a part of my job. It comes down to listening, always. Listening and responding appropriately.”
After 12 years in the real estate profession, Jennifer has cemented herself as a powerhouse Realtor for the Lewith & Freeman Real Estate Company. Her successes are rooted in her passions for the clients; Jennifer has always held the client in a positive light, always seeking to understand and address their anxieties about the buying and selling process.
It seems that Jennifer knows no bounds when it comes to addressing the concerns of clients. She once closed a deal on a house in Olyphant, whose owner was going to a nursing home – being very distressed over having to send his dog to the pound, Jennifer worked with the buyers to try and make a deal. After a few conversations, Jennifer again successfully closed the deal: but this time, the dog was written into the contract.
Jennifer is willing and prepared to go the extra mile for her clients. Residing in the Clarks Summit Area, Jennifer represents buyers and sellers in the Abingtons: she has been behind the purchase and sale of homes in Clarks Summit, homes near Abington Heights School District, and homes in surrounding areas. On her off time, Jennifer stays active, citing skiing and mountain biking as two of her favorite activities. Jennifer is an agent for Lewith & Freeman Real Estate Inc., the NEPA’s best agency since 1921.
