Nina Telesca Magnani joined Lewith & Freeman’s team specializing in sales in Clarks Summit, Scranton and surrounding areas. Nina has been in a professional sales position for over 30 years. She possesses qualities of both professionalism and diligence and brings an impressive, unique skill set to the Real Estate Industry. Nina received her Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. Her passion for the arts led her to Marywood University where she earned her Master’s Degree in Interior Architecture. She is founder/owner of Magnani Design, LLC, Waverly, PA and Nantucket, MA, an interior design and project management firm. Nina graduated from the Vintage Real Estate Academy. She is using her design background for staging Sellers’ houses and her lifelong sales career and passion to serve the community in connecting buyers and sellers.
She has been recognized in the community with awards including Penn State Worthington Scranton Alumni Society 2016 Alumna of the Year, the 2014 NEPA Top 25 Women in Business and the 2012 SAGE Award for Best Interior Design Renovation. She is on the Advisory Board of the Penn State Scranton Campus, a Scranton Tomorrow board member, a member of the Scranton Cultural Center special events committee, a member of the art and environment committee for the Church of Saint Gregory, and a volunteer at Padre Pio Chapel. Nina currently resides in Waverly and Nantucket with her son, David Hazzouri, Jr., and daughter, Angelina.
