Northwest of the Wyoming Valley, the Back Mountain is a 110-mile suburban community comprised of several municipalities, including Dallas Township, Dallas Borough, Shavertown, Trucksville, Harvey’s Lake Borough, and Lehman Township. Besides the spectacular mountainous views, other area highlights include Harvey’s Lake, Shickshinny Lake, Francis Slocum State Park, and a number of fresh, local farms, including the historic Lands at Hillside Farms.
